{"id":1161,"date":"2010-07-21T23:32:38","date_gmt":"2010-07-22T03:32:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.gazybrothersfarm.net\/blog\/?p=1161"},"modified":"2010-07-21T23:32:38","modified_gmt":"2010-07-22T03:32:38","slug":"pasta-with-mizuna-and-walnuts","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gazybrothersfarm.net\/blog\/pasta-with-mizuna-and-walnuts\/","title":{"rendered":"Pasta with Mizuna and Walnuts"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Type of dish: Main Dish<\/em><\/p>\n<p>3 Tablespoons olive oil<br \/>\n1 onion, diced<br \/>\n3 Tablespoons red wine vinegar<br \/>\n3 cloves garlic, minced<br \/>\n3 Tablespoons mustard<br \/>\n2 Tablespoons lemon juice<br \/>\n1 tomato, chopped<br \/>\n1 bunch mizuna, roughly chopped (about 3 cups)<br \/>\n1 pound of your choice of cooked pasta<br \/>\n1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts<br \/>\nSalt and pepper to taste <\/p>\n<p>Heat olive oil over medium in a large pan, and add onion and red wine vinegar.  Cook for five or six minutes, or until onions begin to become translucent, then add garlic.<\/p>\n<p>Add mustard, walnuts, lemon juice, and tomato; cook until tomato begins to dissolve (about four minutes).  Add mizuna, and cook until it starts to wilt.
