Here&#8217;s a delicious way to use them!<\/p>\n<p>4 ounces sun-dried tomatoes<br \/>\n2 Tablespoons chopped fresh basil<br \/>\n2 Tablespoons chopped fresh parsley<br \/>\n1 Tablespoon chopped garlic<br \/>\n1\/4 cup chopped pine nuts<br \/>\n3 Tablespoons chopped onion<br \/>\n1\/4 cup balsamic vinegar<br \/>\n1 Tablespoon tomato paste<br \/>\n1\/3 cup crushed tomatoes<br \/>\n1\/4 cup red wine<br \/>\n1\/2 cup olive oil<br \/>\n1\/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese<br \/>\nsalt to taste<\/p>\n<p>Place sun-dried tomatoes in a bowl and cover with warm water for 5 minutes, or until tender.<\/p>\n<p>In a food processor or blender combine sun-dried tomatoes, basil, parsley, garlic, pine nuts and onion; process until well blended. Add vinegar, tomato paste, crushed tomatoes and red wine, and process. Stir in olive oil and Parmesan cheese.
