{"id":635,"date":"2009-10-05T21:01:12","date_gmt":"2009-10-06T01:01:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.gazybrothersfarm.net\/blog\/?p=635"},"modified":"2009-10-06T21:09:11","modified_gmt":"2009-10-07T01:09:11","slug":"roasted-corn-pudding-in-acorn-squash","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gazybrothersfarm.net\/blog\/roasted-corn-pudding-in-acorn-squash\/","title":{"rendered":"Roasted Corn Pudding in Acorn Squash"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Type of dish: Main Dish<\/em><\/p>\n<p>1 acorn squash, cut in half lengthwise and seeded<br \/>\n1 1\/2 teaspoons olive oil<br \/>\n1\/2 cup half &amp; half<br \/>\n1 egg, plus 1 egg white<br \/>\n1 ear fresh corn, removed from cob<br \/>\n1\/2 cup grated parmesan cheese<br \/>\n1\/4 teaspoon garlic<br \/>\n1\/4 teaspoon fine grain sea salt<br \/>\n1\/4 cup grated cheddar cheese<br \/>\n1\/2 apple, sliced<\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.<\/p>\n<p>Cut the acorn squash in half and scoop out the seeds with a spoon. Drizzle olive oil and salt on the squash.
